Naima, both a Realtor and Broker, began her real estate career in 2008, bringing to the table a vast skill set from her corporate background as the “Director of Operations and Expansion” for a major fitness corporation.

Justin is very proud of his roots in the Hamilton community and has extensive experience in Farming. He has also operated a successful local business for over 20 years, specializing in landscape construction and home renovation.

Pamela loves helping people and in her spare time she can be seen camping, hiking and exploring the trails in the Hamilton area. Her experience with technical support allows for her to utilize technology to the fullest. Pamela will ensure that the highest level of service is provided and will walk through the process from beginning to end.

Team Cothran has achieved many awards such as the “Royal LePage Red Diamond Award” and has acquired “Top Tier” status (top 1% of Royal LePage agents nationally). Specializing in residential & multi-family homes, investment properties, rural and agricultural properties, and condominiums.

Naima and Justin are proud of their home community of Dundas and spend as much time as they can enjoying its unique culture, ideally with their three children.
